Rhetoric & Writing graduate Dr. Megan Adams and Megan’s advisor, Dr. Kristine L. Blair, are the recipients of the BGSU’s 2015 Distinguished Dissertation Award. Dr. Blair describes Dr. Adams’ dissertation, Through Their Lenses: Examining Community-Sponsored Digital Literacy Practices, as “a wonderful model of the power of video and multimodality in both data collection and data representation.”

Megan, a May 2015 Rhetoric & Writing Program graduate, is now Assistant Professor of Communication at the University of Findlay. Through Their Lenses: Examining Community-Sponsored Digital Literacy Practices can be accessed electronically through OhioLink and the BGSU libraries, at this link: http://maurice.bgsu.edu/record=b3959598~S0.
