A blog of the Department of English at BGSU:A place for faculty, students and alumni to connect.

More Centennial memories . . .

Posted by bgsuenglish on April 27, 2010

This year is the 100th anniversary of BGSU’s incorporation as an educational institution, and like the rest of the campus community, the Department has been busy celebrating the Centennial. We marked the occasion with a gathering of current and past faculty, students and staff in East Hall, and while that event will be the subject of an upcoming post, in the next few days we will share a few photos with you, offering a glimpse into the long and distinguished history of English studies in Bowling Green.

The above photo dates from 1994 and features students from the Creative Writing Program. Pictured, left-to-right, are Dara Wier, Tony Ardizzone, Charles Fort, and Dan O’Brien.
