Writer Alicia Conroy Reads Tonight

Tonight at Prout chapel, writer Alicia L. Conroy will read from her work as part of the regular Thursday night MFA/BFA Creative Writing reading series. The reading begins at 7:30 pm.

Conroy is an alumnus of the MFA program in Creative Writing here at BGSU. Her debut short story collection, Lives of Mapmakers, was published by Carnegie Mellon University Press in 2006 and her short fiction has appeared in Ploughshares, Ontario Review, Chattahoochee Review, Puerto del Sol, and other literary journals. She currently teaches at Normandale Community College in Bloomington, Minnesota.
